About the Commissioner

        Bayramova Ulkar Imamgulu gizi was born in the city of Nakhchivan. Graduated from the law faculty of Baki State University. For certain time she has worked as a chief of law department of the Executive Power of Nakhchivan city, has taught the subjects of international law and international special law in the law faculty of Nakhchivan State University.
       Bayramova Ulkar Imamgulu gizi was elected a Commissioner (Ombudsman) for Human Rights of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic on july 11.2006.
